1.    GetHotels     returns  Hotel_name / hotel_id /and basic hotel information

        a.    Uses Tables : hotel and address

3.    GetHotel{hotel_id}        returns all non-confidential hotel fields

        a.    Table : hotel

        b.    uses parameter hotel_id obtained with GetHotels
